- Purchaser/Landlord in the successful negotiation, purchase and leaseback of $12.0 million, 81,000 square-foot headquarters of national telephone company
- Purchaser in the acquisition of a $14.0 million in performing loans secured by a grocery anchored retail building in Alabama

- Tenant in multiple leases ranging from 18,000 square feet to 58,000 square feet for post-secondary college sites

- Landlord commercial developer in lease-up of new high-end boutique lifestyle center, including negotiating with national tenants such as McDonalds and Starbucks
- Landlord, national owner/developer in leasing space to retail and office tenants in a mixed-use project (senior living, office and retail) in Bakersfield, California
- Landlord in the documentation and negotiation of single tenant lease in the San Diego sub-market for international grocery chain tenant
FINANCING
- Developer/Investor/Borrower in the negotiation and documentation of an $80.0 million permanent loan financing of outlet retail shops in El Paso
- Lender in $35.0 acquisition loan for Planned Unit Development consisting of approx. 1,970,350 square foot office campus in Sacramento
- Borrower in $34.0 construction loan for development of 25 acre, 284,703 square foot shopping center anchored by Kohl's Department Store, Dick's Sporting Goods, Home Goods, and Staples
- Borrower in the negotiation and documentation of a $26.0 million refinancing and renovation of a boutique/historic hotel in San Francisco
- Lender in $28.7 million term loan for acquisition and development of unique 92-loft condominium project in historic building in downtown Los Angeles
- Borrower in $28.6 million construction loan for development of 15 acre, 149,517 square foot neighborhood lifestyle shopping center anchored by Pavilions Supermarket and CVS / pharmacy
- Borrower in $22.5 million construction loan for development of approximately 232 apartment units in 13 buildings together with clubhouse and related amenities
- Lender in $19.0 million term loan for acquisition of premier 89,041 SF Class “A” office building located in Irvine, California
- Lender in $17.2 million construction financing on four buildings of a Pomona, CA industrial park totaling 246,089 square feet on 11.94 acres
- Borrower in $8.1 million construction loan for financing and development of 240-acre golf course and clubhouse in Orange County, CA, featuring an 18-hole championship length golf course designed by PGA Tour professional Tom Lehman and noted local golf course architect, Casey O’Callaghan

- Buyer and developer of mixed use urban redevelopment project of approximately 54,000 square feet including retail and affordable senior leased housing located in Old Town Kern, Bakersfield, CA
- Buyer and Developer of retail, entertainment & housing redevelopment project in Bakersfield, CA including 65,000 square feet of commercial development, 80 units of affordable town-home style high rise rental units and 35 upscale market rate urban style condominiums
- Buyer, Developer and Landlord of 80,000 square foot shopping center in Cathedral City, CA, anchored by Burlington Coat Factory
- Buyer and Developer of $13.8 million Redevelopment Project in downtown Bakersfield, CA, including 67 units of affordable senior rental housing in a three-story structure and a two level 160 space parking structure, plus adjacent 41,000 square foot commercial/office building with restaurant
