Ms. Senseney has comprehensive commercial real estate law experience, including extensive experience in the negotiation, due diligence and closing of joint venture partnerships, acquisitions and dispositions, real estate secured lending, leasing (including office, industrial and retail), title review, ground up development and redevelopment and partnership formation.

Experience

• Ms. Senseney has represented several major commercial real estate companies and investors, including AMB Property, L.P., Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds, Shorenstein Properties, Spear Street Capital, and PennSERS.
• Prior to joining Corporate Counsel Group, Ms. Senseney was a commercial real estate attorney in the San Francisco offices of several national law firms including, Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker LLP, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, and Morrison & Foerster LLP.
